Bush I
Backstory: Several years earlier when I was working in Miami television, I met then Vice President Bush at a media event. It was my first year in journalism, and during a break in the event, I asked the vice president if he would take a picture with me. The vice president said to me that when we were finished with the videographer, we could take a picture. When the interview ended the president took a group shot with everyone in the room. And then to his word, he turned to me and said, “Would you like to take that photo now?”
